Psychotherapy Services
I provide psychotherapy for adults and couples seeking support with emotional challenges, relationship concerns, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative, attachment-based, and tailored to each client’s needs. Therapy is paced intentionally, with attention to both emotional safety and meaningful change.

Individual Therapy for Adults
Individual therapy offers a dedicated space to explore your experiences, emotions, and patterns with care and curiosity. Together, we work to understand what may be contributing to current difficulties and identify goals that feel meaningful to you.

My work is grounded in an attachment-based perspective and integrates evidence-based strategies to support emotional regulation, insight, and skill development. Therapy may involve exploring past and present relationships, learning new ways to respond to intense emotions, and strengthening self-trust over time.

Couples Therapy
Couples therapy focuses on helping partners better understand one another, improve communication, and address patterns that may be causing distress or disconnection. Sessions provide a structured and supportive environment to explore relationship dynamics while strengthening emotional safety and responsiveness.

My approach emphasizes attachment needs, emotional awareness, and collaborative problem-solving. Together, we work to clarify goals, repair ruptures, and develop healthier ways of relating that support both the relationship and each individual within it.
